Training at Windy Knoll Farm is in accordance to the "classical" training scale of dressage with emphasis on balance, feel, and rhythm with the overall confidence of horse and rider remaining a priority.

Training is available for all breeds and temperaments.  Green horses should be started under saddle.  At WKF, your horse can be trained to be a safe reliable mount on the trail or schooled through the advanced levels of dressage including Grand Prix.  

Training can be focused on areas such as lateral movements and/or lateral flexibility, collection and engagement, flying changes, extensions, etc. as well as basic training to establish proper ground manners and acceptable "safe" behavior.

Rate >     $925.00 - all inclusive

Allusion "Lu" is the farm schoolmaster and excels in flying changes of lead and piaffe.  She enjoys the attention and works hard for her carrots and other treats.

Instruction >

Comprehensive instruction is available for the true beginner through the advanced rider.  All ages are welcome.  A consultation may be required to assess the level of the rider and set goals to make your riding experience a positive one.

Rates >

Non-Boarders:     $70.00 per lesson

Boarders:             $55.00 per lesson
