Windy Knoll Farm owned and operated by Fran Dearing has been a Magnolia, Texas icon for more than 25 years. Located on Old Hempstead Road, this unique horse farm a includes a 220' x 70' covered (lighted) competition arena as well as a 200' x 66' regulation outdoor (lighted) sand dressage arena, a large open three acre manicured grassy knoll and 60' round pen. There is a sixteen stall main barn and two smaller auxiliary show barns with 50 additional stalls and turnout paddocks. Windy Knoll is home to as many as 30 horses of all breeds and one very special miniature donkey named Armando. Dedicated to the art of dressage, Fran has trained countless numbers of horses and riders to compete at all levels. She has a unique ability to work with horses of all breeds and temperament. As a USEF and Canadian "S" Dressage Judge, Fran travels North America judging approximately 25 shows per year as well as hosting two Summer and Fall shows and numerous clinics at the farm. |
